Our Vision

We are the VillageTown Stewards, people from various walks of life, living in both hemispheres: USA, Europe & China and in New Zealand, Australia and South America. We do this out of a passion and a sense of urgency that change is needed... good change, change for the good of people and planet.

We are here to create a great place to live; one that enables people to provide for their economic wellbeing and then to enjoy a good life. For us, a good life has special meaning... the social pursuits of Conviviality, Citizenship, Artistic, Intellectual & Spiritual Growth.

We call it a VillageTown: a 10,000 population town of made of 20 side-by-side villages; a car-free town, a complete community for all ages and stages of life, built on the foundation of a sustainable market economy that creates an enriched, vibrant urban culture to enable and support a good life.

Our Mission

We call ourselves Stewards because we are here to serve. There is no developer. Instead the VillageTown Stewards and Company establishes an organizing company whose role is to enable and empower you. Our success will be measured on how well you do; on how many VillageTowns are built. The net profits of your VillageTown stay with it to provide for your long-term economic, social and cultural wellbeing.
